"Not really worth the price"
I wanted to like it, but it just felt too expensive for what I got. The coffee was fine, not bad, but nothing special either. I kept noticing little things too, like the cup feeling kind of flimsy and the flavor being a bit flat after the first few sips. For the price, I expected it to feel a little more worth it. Probably won’t order again

"The cups do technically work, but..."
The cups do technically work, but they were definitely not as quick or easy as I expected. I had to mess with them a few times just to get a decent brew, and the cleanup got annoying fast, especially when I’m already rushing in the morning. I kept trying to give it another chance, but it became frustrating enough that I’d probably contact the company if this keeps happening. For something that’s supposed to make mornings easier, it felt like more of a hassle.

This tastes really nice. It’s smooth, not too strong, and easy to enjoy. Part of me wonders if they’ve cracked some secret formula to make it this balanced, but either way, I’m not complaining

"Smelled fresh the second I opened it!!!"
As soon as I opened the bag, the coffee smelled super fresh and really good!!! The aroma was the first thing I noticed. The taste was nice too, maybe a little stronger than I was expecting, but not in a bad way!!! Overall, I’m happy with it and would definitely drink it again!!!

There’s a lot to choose from, which I really liked. Plenty of options, so it was easy to find something that worked for me tbh.

"Wish the packaging had been a bit better"
I ordered from onefreshcup.com and kind of wish the packaging had been more secure. The box showed up a little dented, though thankfully nothing inside was broken. The inner packing just felt a bit loose, so while it technically did the job, I probably expected a little more care there.

"Delivery was a little hit or miss..."
My order showed up later than expected, which was a bit frustrating... but it did arrive in good shape in the end, so I can’t complain too much

"Pretty good coffee, though maybe not flawless"
I thought the coffee tasted fresh and smooth overall. Maybe I’m being a little picky, but a few of the pods didn’t seem packed as well as the others. Still, I enjoyed it for the most part.

"Site was a bit frustrating to deal with"
I was trying to place an order, but the website just felt kind of slow and confusing. A few pages took longer than I expected to load, and some of the info wasn’t really clear, so I kept having to click around like… okay, where is this? Checkout did go through eventually, so it wasn’t a total mess, but it definitely wasn’t smooth either. Just one of those experiences where you finish it but you’re not exactly happy about it.

"Shipping Took Way Too Long"
I’m still waiting for my order to arrive, it’s been frustrating. I expected a delay maybe, but this has taken way longer than it should have. For me, the slow shipping really brings down the whole experience, so I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve that
